Important Information regarding the notary seal in Montana:

Notaries holding current commission on October 1, 2009, may continue to use any embosser that has been serving as an official seal, but only until commission expiration; and likewise, notaries holding current commissions on that date may continue to use any stamp and seal design, but only until commission expiration.
